I ordered Joules Coast Mid Length Waterproof Jacket Antique Gold a few days ago. Today I received absolutely different model of Joules jacket - Shoreside waterproof coat. How???? How is it possible ??? I have no words. Total disappointment

Quite simply the best on-line retailer that I have ordered from - great website, competitive pricing and outstanding delivery.

This is the second time I have ordered from M A Grigg and both times the service has been flawless. I ordered a pair of boots Saturday afternoon and they arrived midday Sunday. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Such a good experience! I ordered a jacket (at an excellent price), which arrived the next day. Unfortunately, it was too large. However, speaking to them on the phone, they were most obliging about the return and carried over my 10% new customer discount to the replacement size jacket. Highly recommend.

I ordered a Jack Wolfskin fleece on Saturday 20th February and it was delivered to me in Berkshire on Monday 22nd February at 09:15, that is what all online retailers should be aiming for. Fast service and at a competitive price. Excellent.

Avoid this company. I ordered two Barbour jackets that arrived on Saturday. I tried one jacket on and it was huge so didn’t bother trying the second one on. Both jackets had all the tags etc attached and were in perfect condition. On the Monday (just 2 days later) I returned them. On the Wednesday I received an email saying they would not be refunding me one jacket as it was damaged and had no tags attached. The email came with photos attached and they were quite clearly not of the coat I returned. Customer service enclosed a subsequent email with photos of the order sheet. There has clearly been a mix up as I could not have done the damaged in one day!! I will now be going through charge back on my credit card as the coat is not the coat I sent back. Somewhere in the returns department is my “navy” jacket returned item.

My partner ordered a pair of wellibobs for me, sold out everywhere else so we were sceptical given other reviews on this company. We received confirmation that payment had been made at the time. A couple of days later we were contacted by Magrigg to advise our payment had not went through and the boots were no longer available.
Dont waste your time with this company, they clearly do not have a grasp on their stock and advertise items which they don't have. Disappointed.
